n this guide, we'll walk you through managing your bookings and responding to requests for a seamless hosting experience.


Booking types

You can choose to accept instant bookings or booking requests to align with your hosting preference.

Instant book

Instant book allows guests to book a stay without manual approval. This option is ideal for Hosts who appreciate the convenience of confirmed reservations without the need to manually approve each booking.

Request to stay

You'll have 24 hours to review each booking, as well as your guest's profile and message before confirming. You can choose to manually accept or decline each booking.


Changes to your booking

Guest needs to change their booking? You'll have 24 hours to review a change request submitted by your guest and respond.

Cancelling your booking

We understand that sometimes, you may be unable to host a stay. If you cancel, your guest will be refunded according to the Host cancellation policy. Before doing so, we recommend messaging your guest first to let them know why.


Declined & expired requests

If you choose to decline a guest's booking, or if their booking request has expired, a full refund will be issued and the booking can no longer be confirmed. Clear communication with guests is key, ensuring a positive experience to welcome them back next time.
