Sometimes, Guests will have a change in plans and request to change their booking. They can submit a request to change their dates and guests. You will then have 24 hours to respond to their request.


What guests can change

Arrive

Guests may need to change their arrival date due to unexpected circumstances or updates to their travel plans. As a Host, consider the availability of your property and, if possible, accept your guest's new arrival date.

Depart

Similarly, Guests may request to change their departure date. Assess the availability of your property and, if possible, accept your guest's new departing date.

Guests

Guests can change the number of individuals in their booking party. Evaluate your property's capacity to accommodate the change and communicate any pricing adjustments.


Price difference

New payout

When changes to your booking result in a price higher than your original payout, the difference will be shown in your new payout. Ensure you review and communicate transparently with Guests about any adjustments to their pricing.

Refund

If a change results in a price lower than your original payout, the difference will be automatically refunded to your guest.
