Instant Booking allows you to secure a reservation without waiting for host approval. It's a convenient option for those who prefer a swift and hassle-free booking process.

If a listing doesn't have Instant Booking enabled, or if you prefer to confirm details directly with the host, you can use the Request to Stay option. This allows you to send a reservation request to the Host, who then has 24 hours to respond to your request, then proceeds to review your profile and details before confirming the booking.

Cancelling your stay

In the event that you need to cancel your Stay, go to your booking details and click on "Cancel Booking." Keep in mind the Host's cancellation policy, as it determines any potential refund or fees associated with the cancellation. Anystay provides a transparent breakdown of these details during the cancellation process.

What to do if your request is declined

If your request to stay is declined, don't be discouraged. It's common for Hosts to have specific criteria or limitations. Consider reaching out to the Host through Anystay's messaging system to inquire about the decline politely. Alternatively, explore other listings that better match your preferences and needs.
