From understanding different payout statuses to navigating extra payments and issuing refunds, this article equips you with the knowledge to navigate your payouts.

Payout status

Paid

You payout has been sent to your account.

Pending

Your payout is not yet confirmed, or your guest has requested a change.

Refunded

You have partially or fully refunded your guest.

Failed

Your payout could not be sent. If your payout fails to send, check your payout method to make sure your details are up to date. After that, reach out to our support team for help getting your payouts.

Send a refund

You can refund your guest until up to 28 days after they check out. If your payout has already been sent, refunds will be deducted from your payout method.
