Refund your Guest

  1. Go to the booking you want to refund

  2. Click Manage payout

  3. Click Refund

  4. Select a reason that best describes your refund

  5. Enter the refund amount and add a message for your guest

When a refund request arises, you are expected to communicate respectfully with guests and assess the validity of your guest's claim within 24 hours. Once you have made a decision, you can choose to refund your or decline without penalty.
