If you forgot your password, or just want to change it, here's what to do to get back into your account.

Forgot your password

  1. Go to Log in

  2. Click Forgot password?

  3. Enter your Phone or Email and click Continue

  4. Enter your verification code

  5. Set a New Password

Change your password

  1. Go to Profile

  2. Click Password

  3. Enter your Current and New Password

  4. Click Save

Can't reset your password?

1. Check youe email's spam folder

Verify your email's spam folder for the password reset email. It might have been filtered there.

2. Make sure your information is correct

Double-check that you're using the correct email address associated with your Anystay account.

3. Try different devices or browsers

Try accessing the password reset link from different devices or web browsers. This can help rule out compatibility issues.
