As a guest, understanding how to manage your payments is essential for a smooth and secure booking experience. This guide will walk you through the steps to efficiently handle your payments, along with instructions on requesting a refund when necessary.


How to manage your payments

Managing your payments on Anystay is a straightforward and transparent process, follow these steps to ensure accuracy and security. Confirmation of each payment made by you will be promptly sent to your email address following your transactions.

  1. Go to Stays

  2. Click the booking you want

  3. Click Manage payments


Requesting a refund

  1. Go to Stays

  2. Click the stay you want

  3. Click Manage payments

  4. Click Request refund

  5. Submit evidence

Post-refund expectations

Wait for Host Response

Once you've submitted your refund request, wait for your host's response. Host's have a 24 hour timeframe to respond to refund requests.

Anystay Mediation

If you and the host are unable to reach an agreement, Anystay's customer support can step in to mediate and facilitate a resolution.

Check Refund Status

You can track the status of your refund request in the same "Stays" section where you initially made your booking. This provides transparency throughout the process.
