Reporting an issue

Locate the issue

Please include a URL of where you located the issue.

Write a description

Take note of the details surrounding the issue. What were you trying to do when it occurred? Are there error messages or specific patterns to the issue? Providing more information makes it easier for our technical team to fix the problem.

Provide screenshots

Capture screenshots of the bug when possible, include screenshots of any error messages.

Contact support

Send the information you just collected to our support team. You can find our in-app support on the bottom right of your screen. Alternatively, you can send an email to [email protected]


If the issue persists, or the bug is preventing you from completing required actions, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
