Updated over 11 months ago

Your calendar is the viewing and managing panel for all of your incoming and existing bookings. In this guide, we'll explore the various availability options, from marking your space open for Guests to stay to strategically blocking nights when needed.

How to set your availability

Available

Your dates are set to available by default. You can mark dates as available so it's open to potential guests. Ensure your calendar reflects your hosting preferences and your property's availability.

  1. Go to Calendar

  2. Select a night or multiple nights

  3. Click Available

Unavailable

The unavailable option allows you to block dates to let Guests know that your space isn't available for booking.

  1. Go to Calendar

  2. Select a night or multiple nights

  3. Click Unavailable

Blocked nights

There are various reasons why nights on your calendar may be blocked:

Your availability settings

Your calendar will automatically block nights to fit your listing’s availability settings such as availability window, minimum nights, preparation time, advance notice and restricted check-in dates.

Cancelled booking

If you cancel a confirmed reservation, those nights may remain blocked.

Blocked by Anystay

We may block your calendar if your account needs further verification.
