If you list your place on Anystay before 12:00am AEST on 31/12/2024, we automatically consider you to be an early host. You will have access to a lifetime of exclusive perks and benefits as our gratitude for joining us early. Here's some of the things you'll enjoy.

You can list any type of stay that meets our standards. Host anything from a cozy cottage to private rooms, boats, campsites and beyond. Make sure you have at least 5 good photos of your place and you're ready to list.

We're introducing a simple, discounted service fee for early hosts that gives more to you. Anystay charges a single service fee that lowers as your booking gets longer.

We take a single service fee from your booking's total. Your guests won't have to pay.

We add a single service fee to your guest's total. You won't have to pay.
