Understanding the cancellation process on Anystay is crucial in case of an unforeseen circumstance. This guide provides an overview of the cancellation policies we provide and how to solve problems that may arise.

Cancellation policies

Your stay will have one of the following cancellations policies. If you decide to cancel, you will be refunded according to your booking's cancellation policy.

Flexible

With a flexible policy, you can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the check-in time. Then, you will be refunded in full for unspent nights minus your first night. This policy offers more flexibility for changes to your travel plan.

Moderate

The moderate policy allows you to receive a 50% refund of all unspent nights if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.

Strict

The strict policy allows you to cancel for free 48 hours after booking to receive a full refund. After that, you will be refunded 50% of all unspent nights until 7 days before check-in. Then, you won't be refunded.

How to cancel your stay

  1. Go to Stays

  2. Click the stay you want

  3. Click Cancellations

  4. Select a reason for cancelling

  5. Click Cancel stay

Getting your refund

Refunds are automatically processed according to your Host's cancellation policy. Eligible refunds are sent immediately and typically arrives in your original payment method within 5 business days .
