House rules
Updated over 8 months ago

At Anystay, we believe in creating comfortable and enjoyable stays for both Guests and Hosts. Understanding and respecting house rules is essential to a positive experience. In this guide, we'll cover restrictions your Host may set on who can come and the use of your space.

Who Can Come

No Children

Some Hosts may have a policy restricting the accommodation to adult guests only. This could be due to the nature of the space or other considerations.

No Infants

Similar to the "No Children" rule, some Hosts may choose to exclude infants from their accommodation. This could be influenced by the property's layout, safety concerns, or other factors.

No Pets

Hosts can set preferences about pets in their space.

Use of Your Space

No Smoking

Many Hosts enforce a strict "No Smoking" policy inside their properties. This includes cigarettes, cigars, and other smoking products.

No Events

Hosts often specify whether events or parties are allowed on their premises. If the house rules state "No Events," it's important to respect this restriction or your stay could be at risk of being cancelled.

No Commercial Use

Some Hosts may not permit the commercial use of their space, such as photoshoots, filming, or conducting business activities. Respect the Host's intentions and, if you require a space for commercial purposes, look for listings that are happy to accommodate these needs.
